Cancellation and Refunds


1.0 Hired Goods
1.1 If the User wishes to cancel an order, a cancellation request must be emailed to hello@thehunterandthestyled.com.au at least 48 hours prior to the start date of the Rental Period.

1.2 The Hunter and the Styled does not offer refunds for cancellation of orders. The User may request special consideration via email provided that a cancellation request is made at least 48 hours prior to the start date of the Rental Period. The Hunter and the Styled at its sole discretion will assess whether a refund is to be provided.

1.3 Where cancellation requests are made more than 48 hours prior to the start of the Rental Period the User will be entitled to a full store credit valid for 12 months and equal to the value of the hired Handbag/s.

1.4 Where cancellations are made less than 48 hours prior to the Rental Period start date, the Agreement of Hire will continue to be in effect until the Rental Return Due Date. The User will be bound by the Terms and Conditions and its obligations and may use the Handbag/s as per the Agreement of Hire.

1.5 Whilst The Hunter and the Styled will make every effort to process a refund/cancellation as quickly as possible, the refund process can take approximately 3-5 working days dependant on the independent processing time taken by the User’s credit card provider and the User acknowledges that The Hunter and Styled has no control over such Credit card issuers processes.

2.0 Returns for Purchased Items
2.1 The Hunter and the Styled does not provide refunds for change of mind on purchases. As an alternative, the User may relist the Handbag/s on the website for a discount consignment fee + associated fees.

2.2 All purchases are final. Returns will only be accepted if the Handbag/s are faulty or do not match the description on the User's order. Product tags must be attached and the Handbag must be unused in order for the return to be accepted.
